“Product Revision” is a request sent by the Customer for editing the final version of the Product, based on the initial requirements of the Order.

Support” refers to the Company’s structural unit responsible assisting the Order and Writing Services.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
